It is a brown cylindrical shape with orange tiger lilies (oniyuri) painted on the side with bright green leaves and stems. There is a twine string attached to the top, and there is a brown clay ball inside. Dorei bells have a long history and have been used in festivals and ceremonies since the Jomon period (about 13000 to 2300 years ago) when they were said to
